We hope you love your purchase from In the Westwood. Due to the handmade and living nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at nodoka.bp@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will be happy to work with you to make it right.

• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
